Order fulfillment, shipping, and returns policy

By choosing UTZ Market you are choosing to care how things are made. For artisans and small brands holding large inventories is prohibitively expensive. This means that when you order on UTZ Market most of the products you are buying will be made just for you. How cool is that?!?  
Made upon order takes time. We appreciate your support and understanding that this process benefits the creators, so thank you for your patience. When you order we will confirm if the products you purchased are in-stock or if the artisan is getting down to business to make them.
When your entire order arrives to the UTZ Market headquarters we will process your package for shipment with our brother company UTZ BOX. These guys #GetShipDone everyday to get your product delivered directly from Guatemala to your doorstep in accordance with the shipping option you selected.
Shipping Options
  • $10 Flat Rate to the U.S. - This option is available on all orders being shipped to the Continental US; it means that no matter whether you order 1, 3, or 10 products from UTZ Market the cost of shipping is $10. Our Flat Rate Service offers a 4-6 day delivery timeframe from the date your order shipped.  
  • Hawaii, Alaska, & International Shipping Options - The cost of shipping for your order will be calculated at check-out. Depending on where you live, your package will arrive in approximately 5-14 days from the date it ships out from Guatemala, not including extra time in Customs*

*If you order products to be delivered to any country outside the United States you are responsible for paying any and all import duties and taxes.

**Orders will not be shipped until all products are included.

Returns, Refunds and Exchanges

Should there be an issue, error, or damage with your order please let us know immediately. Send us an email to file a claim at info@utzmarket.com with photos of the packaging and products within 10 days of the date it was delivered. It may take up to 28 days to resolve a claim once filed.

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase we do accept returns on most products. Please send an email to support@utzmarket.com to inquire about a return within 10 days of the arrival of the order. Note that if the return request is granted UTZ Market will deduct $8 from the refund to cover a restocking fee. 

  • Custom made, one of a kind products, sale items, or any purchase made with a discount/promo code are considered final sales and refunds will not be granted. 

UTZ Market cannot accept returns for products if you do not pay the applicable duties and taxes and we will not be able to issue a refund for any reason if duties and taxes have not been paid.
